The owner of a travel and tourism agency and his public relations officer have been found guilty of issuing a fake visa to a Moroccan woman. The emirate's criminal court ordered them to pay Dh2, each, after charging them with fraud. The two suspects were convicted of cheating the woman out of Dh10, They had used a visa issued for another Moroccan woman, changed the details on it and faxed a copy of that visa to their customer.

A woman has been ordered to pay a fine of Dh3, for transferring and copying text messages from her husband's mobile phone without his consent as she suspected him of having an "illicit affair". The court sent a copy of the case file to the public prosecution to interrogate the husband and the woman he was chatting with on social media. As per court records, the case unfolded when the husband lodged a complaint against his wife accusing her of breaching his privacy and copying text messages from his mobile phone without his consent. The wife was summoned by the Ras Al Khaimah Police.

The Ras Al Khaimah misdemeanour court has ordered a wife, who cheated on her husband, and her boyfriend to pay a fine of Dh5, each. The duo was later ordered by the RAK civil court to pay Dh30, to the husband in compensation for the moral damage he suffered. As per court records, the case unfolded when an Arab wife left her marital house and moved to another house following a heated argument and family dispute with her husband. The husband decided to keep an eye on her and tracked her down.
Fujairah: A Fujairah Civil Court has ordered a woman to pay Dh50, in compensation for cheating on her husband. The husband decided to monitor her to find out why and so he followed her after she left the house and discovered she was in a relationship with another man. She went with the other man to various restaurants and areas designated for families in order to hide their relationship. After the husband ensured his wife repeated the act of meeting the man behind his back several times he began collecting evidence after which he decided to open a criminal complaint against his wife accusing her of having an illicit affair. Through investigating, hearing witness accounts and collecting evidence, the wife and her partner were arrested by Fujairah Police.
